• bahratecalculator .com - 110,000 monthly search volume for the main keyword “bah rate calculator”.

• rentoninsulation .com - Domain Authority of 15! Perfect for a rank and rent site for the Renton, Washington area (which has a population of 104,000).

• jobsinpaloalto .com - Domain Authority of 7, Page Authority of 19. Perfect for a job board in Palo Alto, California (a major tech/startup hotspot).

The cool thing about my method is that you find these all in bulk. You’re not searching individual domains. Which means you can find hundreds, even thousands of absolute gems in less than an hour.

And I’ll show you how to get the Domain Authority and search volume metrics in bulk as well.

Just so you’re aware, you will need to have access to a keyword research tool. I use Ahrefs, but a cheaper alternative like Keysearch will work as well.

You’ll also want access to Keywords Everywhere (which costs $2.25/mo), and another tool to find Domain Authority in bulk (just $25 per 10,000 domains, $99 for 60,000, or $199 for 200,000). I show you how to use these tools in the course.

One of the nice things about EMDs is that they can be good for domain investing. Here are a few examples of some hand-registered EMDs that were flipped for a nice profit:

VirginiaHomeRenovations .com sold for $100.

DenverHandymanService .com sold for $85.
