I'm back, and have some news

I’m back in the saddle. I took last month off for my wedding and honeymoon. It was amazing! I honestly miss working though, so I’m excited to be back and feel very motivated to get stuff done.

This email will be short and sweet.

I just wanna share 2 big things:

1. Google released the November 2024 Core Update yesterday

I’m tracking traffic changes for 50,000+ ad and affiliate-monetized sites. Will this update reverse some of the damage caused by the September HCU? I’m not holding my breath. But if I start to see major traffic swings among the 50K tracked sites, I’ll let you know!

2. I’m open to offers on my $327 MRR newsletter

I’m open to selling my other newsletter, EMD Gold, for the right price (somewhere in the lowww five figures). It’s currently doing $327/mo. Very close to passive, only requiring a couple hours a month to manage.

I’ll teach the buyer how to run it and give them access to all the domains I’ve found so far to share in the newsletter (along with my step-by-step process on how to find more). It’s a fun, easy little side project that has a lot of potential.
