I made a list of all "Grow by Mediavine" sites

...and I'm sharing it for free

Did you know, in order to sign up for Journey by Mediavine, your site first must have Grow by Mediavine activated?

Is it possible to see which sites have Grow installed?

The answer is yes.

I recently had a follower reach out and ask if I had a list of Grow by Mediavine sites. I shared my list with him, and now I’m sharing it here.

It includes 10,033 websites, along with their Domain Rating and estimated monthly organic traffic figures.

Most of the sites on the list are already monetized with Mediavine, and use Grow for the audience engagement features it offers.

But some of these sites are not yet monetized due to low traffic.

How I made this list

For my fellow data nerds, here’s how I found all these sites:

  1. Went to Ahrefs Site Explorer

  2. Entered grow[dot]me, the URL for Grow by Mediavine

  3. Went to the referring domains tab

  4. Clicked a few of the “links to target” buttons

  5. Saw that sites with Grow features activated linked to “app[dot]grow[dot]me/iframe-login …”

  6. Entered app[dot]grow[dot]me in the Ahrefs search bar instead

  7. Set the Target page URL (under More Filters) to contain “iframe”

That’s it!

As you can see, this method relies on Ahrefs indexing the referring domains to Grow by Mediavine. So it’s not 100% complete. But, it’s as close as anyone can get (unless you know a better way, in which case, please enlighten me).

P.S. If you want to see all the sites monetized by Journey by Mediavine, along with metrics like traffic, DA, site age, and monthly traffic change, that data is all available in Site Stats Database. There are over 3,000 sites in Mediavine’s Journey program listed on SSDB.
